My career in travel began when I was 22 and relocated to the Middle East to work for Emirates Airline. I had always dreamed of becoming cabin crew, so to join a prestigious airline was a huge accomplishment for me.

I worked my way up to Business and First Class and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Living in Dubai for several years was an amazing experience and it still holds a special place in my heart. I’ve been very fortunate to visit some extraordinary places, from climbing The Great Wall of China to sailing around the Bahamas.

Favourite destination: South Africa

One place I particularly love to visit is Cape Town. The food is fantastic – the steak and fish are amazing! From vast greenery and sunsets on the sand, to copious amounts of vineyards and even penguins on the beaches, I never tire of visiting. I also thoroughly enjoy summers in Europe. Sailing around Sardinia was a highlight of mine - stopping off along the way to Porto Cervo and discovering the hidden beaches was a real pinch me moment.
