“Lucie, Chris and the family were travelling in South America, when they rang me to inform me that the airline had cancelled their son’s flight home, who was due to start his first day at university soon thereafter. I managed to arrange another flight for him get back to the UK via Miami, but unfortunately, he fell asleep at the gate and missed his departure.

Though I managed to get him on the next flight to Miami, it only left him with 23 minutes to make his connection, so I reached out to a contact at Miami Airport to get him personally escorted to and from his gate, and he made his flight just as the plane doors were closing. Phew!”
