This elegant property’s plantation-style architecture is reminiscent of a colonial mansion, featuring an imposing Manor House with a central reception building, as well as 16 villas scattered around the immaculate tropical gardens housing 10 to 12 rooms each.
All of the rooms and suites are elegantly decorated and their layout has been designed for ease of use, with each having a private balcony or terrace equipped with a sun lounger and an ottoman for your comfort. Spacious family units mean families with up to four children can enjoy optimal comfort.
The hotel offers something for everyone during their stay in Mauritius and has a huge range of activities. Water sports include snorkelling and windsurfing. On land, there is a gym, tennis courts and yoga. The Sun Kids Club proposes fun and original activities under the supervision of a professional and friendly team.
Teenagers are not forgotten either; a sports and recreation programme has been designed just for them, and with campfires, barbecues and pizza evenings, they won't have time to be bored.

Sugar Beach Restort & Spa has committed to taking care of their guests as well as the earth. In their efforts to conserve energy, they have implemented sustainability practices. All lights are turned off after hours, and when they are used, LED lights have been fitted, as well as lower voltage lights for outdoors. Plus, conventional AC units were converted to inverter units to conserve energy.
Sugar Beach Resort & Spa has also appointed greywater line for irrigation to conserve water.
