Sister property to the renowned Heritage Awali Golf Resort & Spa, Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort is situated on the south coast of Mauritius at Bel Ombre, 45 minutes from the airport. Architecture is colonial in style and reminiscent of a sugar estate mansion house.
The 158 suites are grouped in villas of 6 or 8 with garden, river or sea views. Each has a balcony or terrace and suites also boast 24-hour butler service. Superior Suites have a garden or river view. To complement the colonial theme, Junior Suites and Ocean Suites feature a freestanding old style bathtub in the bathroom. The Senior Suites and Ocean Suites have a separate spacious lounge area; Ocean Suites are set directly on the beach.

Nestled between the mountains and the turquoise waters of the lagoon, the resort’s 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course incorporates the naturally hilly landscape into its stunning design. Dotted with lakes and streams, and stretching over 100 hectares, the course was meticulously crafted by Peter Matkovitch to make every hole a unique challenge.
As well as testing golfers of all levels, the La Reserve Golf Links (Opened in December 2023), is the first and only contemporary links course in the Indian Ocean, reserved for the exclusive use of members, their guests, and Heritage Resorts residents.
