Day 2 White Stallion Ranch
Day 4 White Stallion Ranch
There are plenty of activities to choose from at the White Stallion Ranch; climb craggy boulders and mountain faces with a certified rock climbing instructor, hike through Saguaro National Park, visit one of the many nearby golf courses, or opt to spend your day relaxing in the heated pool or hot tub.
Day 3 White Stallion Ranch
Today after a hearty breakfast you are free to join one of the activities scheduled for the day. There are plenty of opportunities to join slow or fast rides, rides out in to the mountains or maybe the Beer & Cheetos ride where you head out in to the desert and enjoy a picnic of ice cold beers and Cheetos!
Day 5 White Stallion Ranch to Tombstone Monument Ranch
After breakfast at White Stallion Ranch you will take a 1.5 – 2-hour transfer through Arizona’s desert on to Tombstone Monument Guest Ranch. Surrounded by rugged countryside, this was true Apache territory and is steeped with history; the ranch has used this history in its design and has been built to replicate an 1880’s Main Street. You will arrive in time for lunch followed by an afternoon trail ride.
Day 6 Tombstone Monument Ranch
Wake to views of the Dragoon Mountains and enjoy a chuck wagon breakfast before deciding what activity you would like to join today. Experienced riders might choose the slow ride to Tombstone, one of the most famous Old West towns or maybe a fast desert ride, while the less experienced can enjoy a slow desert ride or try their hand at team penning. Other activities include hiking, archery or lazing by the pool. This evening you will be entertained with live music in the Trappmann saloon.
Day 7 Tombstone Monument Ranch
After a hearty breakfast, there is the opportunity to join another trail ride in the morning and afternoon, take archery lessons or maybe enjoy an optional tour (extra cost) to the Dragoon Mountains, with a guided walk along the San Pedro River, home to over 80 mammals and 100 bird species. Other tours include a visit to the historic copper mining town of Bisbee, an adrenaline-fuelled ATV tour out into the local wilderness, or a trip to watch an authentic re-enactment of the OK Corra.
Day 8 Tombstone Monument Ranch to Rancho de la Osa
Today you will depart Tombstone Monument Guest Ranch and head towards the Mexico border to Rancho de la Osa. The transfer is approximately three hours through desert and mountain scenery. Arizona’s most historic ranch, Rancho de la Osa sits on 590 acres and is surrounded by 120,000 acres of the national Wildlife Refuge high up in the Sonoran Desert. This unique hacienda style ranch was a favourite of Hollywood celebrities such as Joan Crawford and John Wayne.
Day 9 Rancho de la Osa
Day 10 Rancho de la Osa
Another day for you to enjoy the activities available at the ranch; take a guided hike or mountain climbing tour, relax and enjoy some birdwatching - keeping a look out for the endangered Masked Bobwhite Quail, or join a guided fat-tyre electric bike tour up through the hills.
