Traverse through Europe’s most iconic destinations on a luxury cruise and discover incredible experiences from London to Oslo. After embarking the relaxing SeaDream II yacht, you’ll go on a breathtaking adventure that features the continent’s most charming towns and bustling cities. Once you disembark, unwind on a post-cruise stay at the Grand Hotel Oslo before heading home.

Begin your Western Europe and Kiel Canal Luxury Cruise with a quick visit to London in the morning. Following your exploration of the capital city’s fabulous attractions, board the SeaDream II in the afternoon and set sail to Scheveningen, Netherlands. Here, you’ll discover sumptuous seafood and entertaining cabaret shows on top of gorgeous golden beaches and the excellent Circustheater.

In Amsterdam, ride a bicycle around the charming city streets and observe its fascinating landmarks. Then traverse the Kiel Canal for a tranquil break away from the bustling cities before anchoring in Fredericia to shop at its exquisite boutiques. Take a short trip to Copenhagen and marvel at its spectacular architecture along with the magical granite terrain of Stångehuvud in Lysekil, Sweden.

Disembark the SeaDream II in Norway and enjoy a two-night post-cruise stay at Grand Hotel Oslo. Set in the gorgeous capital city of Oslo, this elegant hotel blends comfort and sophistication seamlessly, ensuring your final few days are unforgettable. Not only that, but the peaceful Vigeland Park and Munch Museum make for an incredible outing while Deichman Bjørvika is unmissable.

Itinerary

Embark from the iconic Tower Bridge in London, one of the most prestigious cruise ports in the world, and discover utter luxury aboard the SeaDream II yacht.
After reaching the divine Dutch destination of Scheveningen, relax on the intimate Zwarte Pad beach and enjoy a sunset dinner on the harbour. For sumptuous seafood and colourful cocktails, the area’s calming atmosphere and mix of cultural delicacies are unmissable. Not only that, but there’s a casino, cabaret shows and the biggest Joop van den Ende musical at the excellent Circustheater.
Following your mini Scheveningen adventure, why not ride a bicycle around the charming city streets of Amsterdam and take in its fabulous landmarks? Marvel at the world-class museums and visit the picturesque town of Zaanse Schans for a memorable escape. Then go on a guided walking tour of the Anne Frank House for a sobering, yet essential, experience unique to the Netherlands.
An idea initially intended to avoid Dutch hostility during the Danish-German War of 1864, the Kiel Canal has since become the world’s busiest shipping route. On the halfway mark of your SeaDream voyage, enjoy a view of dense forests and quaint villages as your pass by at a calm, leisurely pace. The remarkable transit provides a nice break from the bustling cities populating this luxury cruise.
When you anchor in Fredericia, discover some of Europe’s oldest and most well-preserved fortifications in The Ramparts. Once you’ve relived history and enjoyed the incredible natural wonders of this former defence site, shop at an exceptional range of boutique stores. From clothing to flowers and exciting activities, you’ll find everything you need within this lively city centre.
A visit to Denmark is incomplete without experiencing the beautiful region of Copenhagen. Home to a rich royal history and spectacular modern architecture, you’ll fall in love with this glorious Scandinavian capital in the easternmost point of the country. Pay respects to the iconic statue of Hans Christian Andersen’s Little Mermaid and wind down at the captivating Nyhavn district.
Located on the south tip of the Stångenäs peninsula, Lyeskil is your penultimate destination on this awe-inspiring luxury cruise across Europe. Take a ferry to the scenic island of Skaftö for a mini excursion or stroll along the magical granite terrain of Stångehuvud on the area’s outermost point. Then enjoy a final meal aboard the SeaDream II to conclude a magnificent overall experience.
Finish your European boat trip by disembarking the SeaDream II in Oslo between 8am - 10am. However, your journey continues with a relaxing two-night post-cruise stay at the Grand Hotel Oslo. While unwinding at one of Norway’s most iconic hotels, enjoy delicious sandwiches and freshly baked scones at Afternoon Tea before returning to your Superior suite.
On your second and last day in Oslo, explore the city from Vigeland Park to Deichman Bjørvika. The innovative architecture, bustling neighbourhoods and incredible music scene make for an incredible experience while the Munch Museum is an excellent hotspot for sightseeing. Afterwards, dine at one of the many culinary delights on offer throughout the city for an unforgettable conclusion.
Transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
