Itinerary

Start your luxury tour of the Madagascan shores by flying from the UK to Mauritius.
Upon arrival, you’ll transfer to LUX Grand Gaube Mauritius for a relaxing five-night pre-cruise stay.
Take a private transfer to Port Louis cruise port to board Seven Seas Voyager.
Depart from Port Louis and marvel at the magnificent mountain ranges, stunning beaches, and picturesque villages. While onboard, you can enjoy Seven Seas Voyager’s extensive range of facilities, from the fitness centre to the golf nets, as well as the pool deck, for a fabulous start to your luxury cruise.
The day after, you’ll cruise along the Indian Ocean and have chance to unwind. So, why not check out the stylish boutiques? Featuring a range of upscale handbags, exclusive fragrances, and fine jewellery, you can come away with beautiful gifts for friends and family without leaving the ship!
Following your shopping trip, you’ll arrive in Nosy Boraha – a picturesque island off Madagascar’s east coast, famed for its palm-shaded beaches and tropical rainforests. Relax on golden sands and take a dip in the crystal-clear waters, before returning to the ship for your afternoon departure.
Travel north towards Antsiranana, where you’ll discover dramatic landscapes and charming towns. This incredible port city is home to Amber Mountain National Park, with its gorgeous peaks, as well as many watersport activities. Whether it’s kitesurfing or hiking, there’s something for everyone!
Afterwards, you’ll travel across the northwest coast to Nosy Be. Stroll around Hellville city centre and visit the bustling open marketplace. Then, choose from multiple shore excursions, including – but not limited to – a cruise to verdant Nosy Komba or the heavily-wooded Lokobe Natural Reserve.
Between the journey from Madagascar to Tanzania, you can enjoy a fine-dining experience at Chartreuse – a hidden gem featuring sumptuous French cuisine and premium wines. There’s also the Coffee Connection bar, Compass Rose restaurant, the Pool Grill, and many more venues onboard.
Anchor down in Dar es Salaam for the next two days. This multi-cultural destination boasts lively city streets, a fascinating museum, and plenty of excursions to discover. Choose from an immersive Selous Game Reserve fly-in, a historic Bagamoyo tour, a Dar es Salaam outing, and other highlights.
Cross the Indian Ocean once again and make use of the excellent onboard enrichment facilities. Play Bocce ball atop this glorious ocean liner or explore the library, where you can curl up with a classic novel. Seven Seas Voyager has everything you possibly need for an entertaining adventure on the seas.
From the Indian Ocean to the Mozambique Channel, you can enjoy the luxury casino, connoisseur club, constellation theatre, horizon lounge, observation lounge or Voyager lounge. Not only that, but evening entertainment is also available throughout your trip, so you’ll never run out of things to see!
Once you reach the south of Madagascar, you’ll be treated to pristine beaches and exotic national parks in the form of Toliara. This stunning destination is ideal for snorkelling or scuba diving and has fabulous weather all year round. So, take in the picturesque views surrounding you and relax.
Feel the stress melt away as you enjoy the tranquil treatments courtesy of Serene Spa & Wellness, which is exclusively curated for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. After enhancing your wellbeing, test out the fitness centre, jogging track, and paddle tennis court to keep fit overseas.
Spend the next two days in Richards Bay – one of South Africa’s largest harbours. There are many shore excursions to sink your teeth into, including a tour of Shakaland and Zulu Croc Reptile Park. Not only that, but you can embark on an unforgettable safari to Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve.
For one last time, you’ll spend a day cruising the Indian Ocean. While here, you can pay the stylish boutiques one last visit and enjoy other facilities you may have missed out on for the full experience. Take a dip in the crystal-clear waters of the pool and indulge in sumptuous treats at afternoon tea.
At the penultimate leg of your luxury cruise, discover the 37 miles of beaches in Mossel Bay. Shore excursions are available, including hiking the scenic mountain passes of the Garden Route and wildlife watching in Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. So, enjoy a day exploring this coastal haven.
Finally, you’ll disembark Seven Seas Voyager once you reach Cape Town.
Take your private transfer to the Table Bay hotel for your two-night luxury stay. When in Cape Town, explore the museums, lush parks, and shops. A hike up to Table Mountain provides plenty of picturesque sights while a coastal walk of Boulders Beach is unforgettable for its resident penguins.
Take your private transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Port Elizabeth.
Transfer to Shamwari Long Lee Manor on the Eastern Cape for three nights in a luxury Plain Room. Enjoy a relaxing full board stay with local beverages and game activities included twice a day.
