Starting in Anchorage and ending in Banff, you’ll enjoy a cruise through the awe-inspiring fjords of Alaska with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, followed by a scenic journey aboard the Rocky Mountaineer.

Your cruise voyage will cover off Alaska’s quaint fishing towns and the beautiful cities of Seward, Sitka, Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan. Along the way, you'll sail through the renowned Inside Passage and Hubbard Glacier with plenty of opportunities for cultural and active excursions. These are just a few of the many great places to visit in Alaska.

While on board you’ll enjoy the all-inclusive luxuries of the ship, so be sure to indulge in its many superb restaurants and enjoy the daily entertainment and casino. If you’re seeking some seclusion, retreat to your Veranda Suite and watch the evolving landscapes from your balcony.

Following your cruise, you’ll spend two nights in Vancouver, a city that offers a wide range of exciting opportunities from the Capilano Suspension Bridge to the Vancouver Aquarium and much more.

Next it's time to board the Rocky Mountaineer train and take in the brilliance of the route from Vancouver to Banff, passing through the Canadian Rockies and the serene Lake Louise. Itinerary

Anchorage
Today, you’ll take your flight from the UK to Anchorage. You’ll be privately transferred to your luxury hotel in Anchorage for a pre-cruise one-night stay before you begin your voyage with Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Seward
After your group transfer to Seward, you’ll board the Seven Seas Explorer and begin your Alaskan journey.
Hubbarb Glacier
After a night settling into your Veranda Suite and indulging in a delicious meal in one of the ship's superb restaurants, you’ll spend the first day cruising past the Hubbard Glacier. The views of this route are spectacular, and you can spend the day marvelling at this spectacle either from your private veranda or from the many viewing spots on the ship.
Sitka
Today, you’ll spend your day exploring Alaska’s beautiful fishing village, Sitka and its many historical attractions and picturesque surroundings. As the centre of Russia’s Alaskan empire, Sitka is rich in history; you can learn all about it at the Russian Bishop’s House or the Sitka National Historical Park. Wildlife lovers can choose between meeting the orphaned bears at the Fortress of the Bear, or discovering birds of Alaska at the Raptor Centre.
During your day in Skagway, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped back in time. In this town of colourful history and well-preserved buildings, you’ll see locals walking by dressed in Klondike Gold Rush era clothing to highlight the town’s past. Elevate your historical exploration with a ride on the narrow-gauge White Pass & Yukon Route Railway which takes you through the picturesque mountains, Bridal Weil Falls and Inspiration Point.
Juneau
Spend today in the city of Juneau, Alaska’s capital. A region of outstanding Alaskan beauty, you can soak in the dramatic natural wonders and wildlife sightings during your stay. Enclosed in an awe-inspiring wall of fjords and surrounded by marine life-rich waters, this is certainly one of the most picturesque regions in Alaska.
Ketchikan
Today, you’ll be exploring the vibrant cultures of Ketchikan in southwest side of Revillagigedo Island. Proclaimed as the ‘Salmon Capital of the World’, you’ll likely catch a glimpse of one of the five species of salmon jumping from the surrounding water. Also known for its collection of totem poles, you can get a true taste of Native art in Ketchikan.
Spend another day on the ship as you cruise through yet another incredible passage: The Inside Passage. See the evolving landscapes and dramatic backdrops of majestic fjords, incredible glaciers and sweeping ocean from the moment you wake until sunset. When you’re not marvelling at Alaska’s incredible scenery, be sure to see what the Seven Seas Explorer has to offer. From impeccable cuisine and an indulgent spa to an exciting casino and multiple boutique’s, you won’t be bored for a moment.
Today you’ll dock in Vancouver to disembark the Seven Seas Explorer. Spend your day getting to know this incredible city, from its magnificent nature to the thriving art culture. There’s so much to do in this city, from strolling in the iconic Stanley Park and visiting the Vancouver Aquarium, to the incredible Capilano Suspension Bridge and seeing the local art at the Vancouver Art Gallery. Spend two luxurious nights in Pan Pacific Vancouver.
Kamloops
Take a group transfer to board the Rocky Mountaineer, where the next part of your journey begins. From Vancouver to Kamloops, you’ll be travelling the iconic First Passage to the West route, taking you through dramatic mountains and canyons, and serene lakes including the famed Lake Louise. While aboard, enjoy the flavours of Western Canada from the gourmet lunch menu. When you arrive in Kamloops, you’ll enjoy an overnight stay.
Embark the Rocky Mountaineer once again for your final destination, Banff. Starting early, you’ll travel eastwards through the majestic Canadian Rockies, one of the most sought-after and iconic train routes in the world. You’ll also be travelling over Rogers Pass and the Kicking Horse Canyon, so keep your camera close. Once you reach Banff, you’ll spend two final nights in Moose Hotel & Suites.
After a private transfer to Calgary Airport, take your overnight flight back to the UK.
