After your pre-cruise stay, your private transfer will take you to the port ready to board Seven Seas Splendour. Get settled into your Deluxe Veranda Suite where you’ll spend the next 10 nights of your journey.
Montevideo
After docking early in Montevideo, you’ll spend two days getting to know Uruguay’s small capital city. Bursting with culture and striking art deco architecture with palm trees weaving in between the buildings, this is a city unlike any other. Famed for its abundance of intriguing museums and many theatres, there’s plenty here to fill your time. Alternatively, you can head to the coast to enjoy watersports and lounging on the inviting white sands.
Punta del Este
Today, you’ll be exploring Punta Del Este, Uruguay’s chic beach resort that welcomes those of you seeking a blissful day immersing in seaside culture and peace. With the beautiful coastal scenery, there’s plenty of fascinating excursions you can enjoy from encountering the endangered seals and sea lions of Sea Wolves Island, to witnessing the most beautiful views of Punta Del Este on a bike tour. Be sure to also visit the Casapueblo Museum and view the incredible Latin American artworks.
While you spend the day cruising the Atlantic Ocean, you’ll be exploring the unique luxuries of Seven Seas Splendour. After you’ve spent a refreshing morning on your veranda with a coffee, be sure to enjoy some breakfast at one of the many restaurants. Afterwards, discover the many activities you can enjoy on board from friendly tournaments on the padel tennis court to fun games in the Card Room.
Balneario, Camboriu
Arrive early to Balneario, Camboriu after spending a day sailing to Brazil. Known for its sky-high buildings and scenic, white sand beaches, you can enjoy a view like no other with a cable car ride to the hilltop. Be sure to venture to Florianopolis, an island made up of stunning architecture, beautiful fishing villages and over 40 beaches, worth visiting if you love watersports.
Today, you’ll enjoy a day in Santos, another coastal city that features modern skyscrapers, incredible monuments and extraordinary Botanical Gardens that you must add to your list. When you’re not exploring the 100-plus species of flowers and diverse birdlife, make sure to visit the aquarium in this town, Acqua Mundo to see the many different animals from fish to penguins and more!
Ilha Grande
Known as being a Brazilian gem, Ilha Grande is your next destination. This island is the perfect tropical paradise that’s been added to your cruise, where you can hike the winding trails of the exotic rainforests, lounge on the beaches that were once a pirate’s hideaway, and be at one with the abundance of nature and wildlife – you’ll likely spot the native iguanas, monkeys and birds of the island!
