In the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region, this luxurious villa commands the most incredible views - hills topped with cypresses, the vineyards in front and miles of rolling Tuscan countryside as far as the eye can see.

Villa Giuliana is close enough to the wonderful city of Florence, with its beautiful duomo and world-famous Uffizi Gallery, to take in the wonderful sights of this city. Villa Giuliana enjoys a well-equipped interior, with a fabulous kitchen which will make rustling up a supper concocted from local produce a joy. On the ground floor, you’ll encounter two living spaces and the characterful dining room, which opens up onto the terrace beyond for al fresco dining, with the gardens and lawns beyond.

This floor is also the site of the first bedroom, which offers a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite with spacious shower. Upstairs on the first floor you will find a further four bedrooms - two king-size bedrooms with large ensuites (one has direct access to a private terrace); one twin with ensuite (fitted with both shower and bathtub); and the master king-size room, with a statement fireplace, as well as ensuite equipped with a hydromassage bath and shower above it.

There is also a second kitchen which is perfect for breakfast, as well as a further living room on the first floor. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning.

In the annexe, a charming converted barn, you will find the final bedroom (a king-size bed with ensuite), as well as a large open-plan living space and fireplace, with kitchen and bathroom.

Enjoy taking in the spectacular scenery from the sizeable pool complete with Jacuzzi, with views across gardens full of  plants and herbs, bordering the stone walled vegetable garden and orchard. The views stretch over the undulating hills beyond.
