One&Only Aesthesis

The eco-friendly design of the accommodation has be inspired by 1960s glamour, with contemporary, white and light filled spaces dotted with blues; reminiscent of the Greek flag and the Aegean Sea.
There are a total of 127 accommodations in all, comprising; Rooms, Private Beach and Garden Bungalows, Suites, Residences and Villas. Adjoining and accessible rooms are available.
The largest accommodation can sleep six adults, and all have the classic One&Only hallmarks of luxury: a plush en suite with walk-in rain shower and large tub, a furnished private terrace and a refreshment centre.

Aesthesis Room

Sleeps: 2 Adults , 1 Child

These standard rooms can have a garden or sea view – the latter having double the outdoor space as the former. The en suite bathroom has a separate shower and bath tub.

Aesthesis Bungalow

Sleeps: 2 Adults , 1 Child

All bungalows at One&Only Aesthesis have a courtyard, private pool and firepit. Available as either a standard, Sea View or Seafront Bungalow, all have an outdoor area. 

Eran Bungalow

Sleeps: 2 Adults , 1 Child

Available as either a standard (with garden views), a Sea View or Seafront Bungalow, all of the Eran accommodations have a very large outdoor area with an al fresco fireplace, private pool and outside shower.

Riviera Bungalow Suite

Sleeps: 3 Adults , 1 Child

Just steps from the sea, these bungalows have dreamy Aegean views and an al fresco space lapped by the water. A modern outdoor fireplace, private pool, large living area and private bedroom with a king-size bed make these retreats a superlative choice.

Two Bedroom Topos Residence

Sleeps: 4 Adults

Available to book either in the gardens of the resort, or on the seafront with views of the Aegean, these residences have two full-sized, en suite bedrooms, a sparkling private pool, a chef’s kitchen, dining area and large outside entertaining area.

Pools & Beaches

The resort is home to three swimming pools that are dotted around the 21 hectares. A family swimming pool is the place to head to with the kids, or for a quieter spot there is an adults-only beach, Mystiko. The main resort beach is private and sandy with the beach club a vibrant spot to grab a drink and light bite by the water’s edge.

Spa & Wellness

No trip to the resort is complete without a visit to its spa – the first Guerlain Spa in Greece. Here the focus is on personalisation, where exclusive treatments and bespoke programmes are tailored to your individual needs.
There is a menu of treatments to pick from – many exclusive to One&Only Aesthesis. Beauty treatments are also available at the dedicated studio, including professional hair and make-up, and Bastien Gonzalez nails.

Family

The KidsOnly club at the resort is open for those aged four to 11-years-old with its activities and classes. The Spa has a Bee School by Guerlain – a special treatment for little VIPs. And of course there is the family pool, KidsOnly pool with family cabanas and the resort’s private beach to spend time swimming and building sandcastles. Tribe is the kids’ club for 12 to 17-year-olds, and older kids can enjoy the tennis courts and the 5km of cycling and running trails through Glyfada’s forest.

Experiences

There are plenty of curated experiences both within the resort and close to it to immerse you in this stunning region of Greece.
Catch, Cook, Cocktails for example will see you board a sailing ship to catch your supper, learning how to prepare your fish with a resort chef and then dining on your meal paired with a cocktail. You can also take a cruise on the Argosaronic Sea by private yacht from the Athenian Riviera to the Greek islands of Hydra, Poros and Aegina. Or history buffs will love the Heritage Dinner & Film Night; with dinner in a 19th century townhouse in Europe´s oldest street hosted by an archaeologist, followed by a private screening at Cine Aegli, Athens’ oldest open-air cinema.

As part of Kerzner International, the resort follows the same four pillars of action for environmental prosperity as other hotels and resorts in the group, namely: water sustainability, waste minimisation, energy use and nature conservation.
As a new resort, One&Only Aesthesis has been designed from scratch to be “sustainable and eco-friendly”. The restaurants use ingredients that are locally and seasonally sourced. And there is a focus on showcasing and protecting the stunning landscape the resort is set in, that includes the 14 acre forest surrounding it being a protected reserve.
