Enjoy a cruise over the crystal-clear waters of Lake Wakatipu aboard the mighty TSS Earnslaw. This 3.5 hour tour lets you explore the land beyond the base of Walter Peak, with spectacular views over the surrounding mountains.
Once you’ve reached the base of Walter Peak, take time to explore the fascinating High Country Farm. Head to the open viewing area to observe the original steam engines at work, and visit the art gallery to admire incredible paintings of the landscape. You’ll then enjoy a unique dining experience as you're served a delicious meal, paired with wine from the Central Otago region. Indulge with a selection of tasty sweet treats and local cheeses to finish.
After lunch or dinner, your guide will offer insight into life in the New Zealand high country. Enjoy an entertaining farm show, with sheep dogs and sheep taking the starring roles. Spend some time shopping or strolling through the lakeside gardens after the show, and then reboard the TSS Earnslaw for your return to Queenstown.
