Our Peru Family Adventure is packed with thrilling activities to keep the kids entertained, cultural experiences for the adults and based on family-friendly properties throughout.

The untouched world of the Amazon Rainforest is home to fascinating flora and fauna. Traverse canopy walkways, cross rivers in dugout canoes and hike jungle trails in search of noisy monkeys, colourful parrots and camouflaged caiman.

Between lofty mountain peaks lies the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Stretching over 100km, the valley is dotted with indigenous villages, bustling traditional markets and ancient archaeological sites. Be as active as you like, and choose from a multitude of activities from visiting a llama farm, paddle boarding on a high Andean lake, horse riding, mountain biking or trying your hand at haggling in a colourful market. The gateway to the valley is the city of Cuzco. Considered one of Latin America’s most beautiful cities, its eclectic mix of ancient Inca stonework and Spanish colonial architecture is all easily discovered on foot.

Perhaps a highlight for all is the ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. Its dramatic location, sheer size and complexity wont fail to impress.
