During the winter months Canada becomes a wonderland of winter activities including snowshoeing, snow-mobiling, dog-sledding and viewing the aurora borealis.
On this tour you can explore the vibrant west coast city of Vancouver, visiting many of its highlights including the historic district of Gastown, the Totem Poles of Stanley Park and cross Capilano Suspension Bridge. A day tour takes you to the the premier ski resort of Whistler where you can choose to either glide across the snow and through pine forests on a dog-sledding adventure, race through the pristine Callaghan Valley on a snowmobile or fly through the treetops on a series of five ziplines.
Winters in the Yukon provide you with ample adventures, from the sedate to the adrenaline pumping. Soak in outdoor hot tubs watching the northern lights dance across the sky, snowshoe through pristine pine forests or enjoy ice fishing on one of Yukon's beautiful lakes. Your tour will also include one of two experiences - zip through the forests and open fields on the back of a snowmobile or learn to steer a team of dogs and sled along scenic trails in the Yukon wilderness.
