Itinerary

Upon arrival at Bari Airport, private transfer to your luxury accommodation.
Today, head to a traditional farmhouse that produces organic mozzarella and other Apulian cheeses. Then, enjoy a light lunch with local specialties paired with wine. In the afternoon, continue to Alberobello, a World Heritage Site and home of the famous trulli.
Enjoy a private cooking class and become chef for a day! Then, soak in the beauty of Barocco Leccese and traverse its winding alleys surrounded by some of the finest Moorish-Italian Baroque buildings in the world. During the tour, meet a local artisan that crafts traditional papier-mâché creations.
Meet your skipper at the port of Castro Marina and explore the coast on a private boat excursion. Head to Santa Cesarea Terme and admire the spectacular Romanelli cave, a prehistoric site of great historical importance, as well as numerous breathtaking ravines and stunning fjords.
