Discover inspirational art exhibitions and thriving market stalls in Florence followed by outstanding architectural masterpieces and delicious Italian cuisine in Tuscany.

In Florence, you can bike around the city and explore a host of awe-inspiring attractions. The Duomo Cathedral is an astonishing work of art built in 1386 while the Salvatore Ferragamo Museum is dedicated to the life and work of Italian shoe designer Salvatore Ferragamo. During your time here, you’ll stay at both the luxury Portrait Firenze and Belmond Villa San Michele over a four-night stay. In that time, you can relax in your exquisite suite and experience Belmond's ‘The Art of Making’ tour along with in-depth wine tasting sessions headed by a professional sommelier.

In Tuscany, you’ll stay at the beautiful Belmond Castello di Casole for an additional three nights. Learn how to make pasta under guidance of an expert chef who’ll cook your creations to perfection. Gaze up at the night sky and count the stars in an amphitheatre before going on to enjoy a delicious private dinner in the secret wine cellar. Finally, you can find an enchanted table hanging from a tree in the gardens amongst the rose bushes. Away from the hotel, explore Tuscany’s famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and find out why the region is famed for its incredible food and wine.

Itinerary

After landing at Florence Airport, Peretola/Pisa International Airport, you’ll meet a Portrait Firenze representative who’ll assist in your transfer to the luxury hotel. Over the next three days, you can visit multiple amazing attractions such as the Salvatore Ferragamo Museum or Duomo Cathedral. Explore the city via scenic bike ride and take in shimmering blue waves via Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Summer Offer: 14 Jul-31 Aug 23 (excluding 22-23 Jul). Book 30 days prior.
From Portrait Firenze, you’ll transfer to Belmond Villa San Michele via private car. This elegant hotel in the hills of Florence provides excellent wine tasting tours with a professional sommelier. Not only that, but Belmond’s ‘The Art of Making’ tour can also introduce you to incredible craftspeople who specialise in Scagliola and apothecary. Enjoy luxury living and free shuttle services to the city centre.
Transfer from one luxury Belmond hotel in Florence to another in Tuscany. Belmond Castello di Casole features timeless Tuscan suites and a tranquil spa among other fantastic facilities. The pasta making class is a particular highlight while the wine cellar makes for a unique dining destination. Gather at the amphitheatre and gaze at the stars for an unforgettable end to your adventure.
Finally, you’ll transfer one more time from Belmond Castello di Casole to Florence Airport, Peretola/Pisa International Airport, for your departure flight home.
