There’s a new restaurant too; Beacon Pool Bar & Lookout is inspired by The Don CeSar’s legendary status as a nautical marker and serves poolside bites like the Grilled Mahi Sandwich and Pulled Chicken Tostada, accompanied with beach-inspired cocktails.
