Hotel information
It’s almost impossible not to fall for Nashville’s Kimpton Aertson Hotel, such is the character and quality of this Midtown hideaway on the edge of Music Row.
The hotel itself sits in a larger building of private apartments, which adds a real air of authenticity, though guests do have access to Kimpton Aertson’s Woodhouse Spa and gym, showstopping Henley Restaurant and rooftop pool too. Each of these makes for a priceless part of any stay, especially the rooftop pool and sun terrace where the Nashville skyline can be enjoyed while sipping a cocktail or two, throughout the day.
Service is also key at Kimpton Aertson, from the concierge team to valet parking, bikes for hire and even complimentary hosted wine evenings every day in the hotel’s lobby, which is a lovely touch. Finally, guestrooms and suites are a modern and unfussy affair, each making a great use of space and some coming with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows for more of those Nashville views, overlooking the highlights of town that lay right on your doorstep while here.
Room Options
The 180 guestrooms and 12 suites at the Kimpton Aertson Hotel are each designed to feel clean, modern, evoke a subtle sense of place, and make good use of the space available to them, particularly in the luxe bathrooms which come with a walk-in rain shower and/or bathtub. One king or two queen-size beds come as standard, as do flat-screen TVs, a yoga mat, Wi-Fi, Atelier Bloem toiletries and oversized windows throughout. Suites then go on to boast much larger floorplans and extra lounge space, as well as standalone bathtubs and for some, floor-to-ceiling windows for the ultimate view.
Deluxe Room
A cosy yet uber-cool 290sq ft space with all the Kimpton Aertson Hotel in-room extras, a walk-in marble rain shower, Nashville views and either a king or two queen-size bed setup.Premier Room
This category is slightly bigger than its Deluxe Room neighbours, though also enjoys enhanced neighbourhood views plus all the Kimpton Aertson Hotel in-room extras, a walk-in marble rain shower and either one king or two queen-size beds.Deluxe Suite
More than twice the size of the guestrooms, this 605sq ft Deluxe Suite is a lovely option with its lounge area, wet bar and Nashville views – also available with either one king or two queen-size beds.Corner Balcony Suite
The 400sq ft Corner Balcony Suite is unique in this hotel, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, furnished terrace and premium Nashville views, plus all the Kimpton Aertson Hotel in-room extras and a walk-in marble rain shower, of course.Spa Suite
The cream of the crop comes with the 712sq ft Spa Suite, a luxe Nashville abode with deep-soak bathtub, walk-in rain shower, separate lounge space, kitchenette and wet bar; it’s a truly classy affair.Restaurants & Bars
Henley Restaurant
This highly acclaimed brasserie-style restaurant and bar takes its inspiration from early 20th-century Nashville, though certainly takes things up a notch or two. That’s in part thanks to the exquisite contemporary cuisine served here, a long list of fine wines and craft beers to match, and tangibly buzzy atmosphere too; it’s a lot of fun.

Activities & Entertainment
For such a boutique Nashville hotel, the Kimpton Aertson is remarkably well equipped with its rooftop swimming pool and sun terrace, Woodhouse Spa and gym, plus services such as valet parking, bikes for hire, and even a yoga mat in every room.
While spending time within Kimpton Aertson Hotel itself, you can also make the most of the daily hosted wine evenings, yet given the property’s location – just steps from Music Row, you also have the best of Midtown Nashville on your doorstep. Nearby then, take a stroll to RCA’s famous Studio B (haunt of Elvis and Dolly Parton, no less), Johnny Cash-themed bars, the musicals of Broadway, a string of restaurants and music venues alike plus the grounds of Vanderbilt, Tennessee State and Belmont Universities too.
