The hotel is situated directly across from Niagara Falls on the 20 acre Falls Avenue Resort which is the largest indoor water-park, hotel and entertainment resort in North America.

Over half of the 669 spacious rooms at Sheraton on the Falls have views of both the Horseshoe and American falls at Niagara Falls, whilst the remainder face the city and resort attractions or Oakes Gardens.
