Featuring everything from pizzas to steaks, the focus across the dining venues is on creating a lively, comfortable atmosphere where fresh flavours are used in dishes from around the world.
Sui Mui
This Pan-Asian restaurant is a smart and stylish setting where the aromas and flavours are the star of the show in Thai dishes and Japanese sushi and tempura, with favourites from the Philippines, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and China too.
El Sur
Be transported from Dubai to Spain at this casual eatery which brings a menu of favourites from Barcelona and Andalusia to the Middle East. Gorge on sharing tapas like padron peppers and calamari, or share the seafood paella. An al fresco table with a view is the best seat to book at El Sur.
Bussola
Romantic Bussola is three eateries in one; featuring a pizzeria, lounge and restaurant. The freshly made pizzas are a particular favourite with families, and the restaurant has a more sophisticated menu, with risottos, pasta dishes and authentic starters like carpaccio.
Mina’s Kitchen
This contemporary restaurant is a firm favourite with guests and a great choice for families when you’re trying to please everyone. The live cooking stations bring a bit of theatre to the occasion, and both the à la carte and children’s menus have lots of variety... from roast beef to dim sum, and lamb korma to salmon en croute. There is even a pizza-making station for kids.
Baba
One for the grown-ups, this smart steakhouse will tempt you with classy starters including oysters and crab, followed by a large menu of different meats, focussing particularly on beef cuts like wagyu, tomahawk and porterhouse.
Mare by Bussola
Sister venue to Bussola, the concept at this laidback lounge is one of ‘La Riviera Italiana’; think light bites and cocktails on the beach, in your private cabana or by the swimming pool.
Conservatory
This classy spot is an elegant place to grab lunch and a drink. The menu has salads, burgers, sandwiches and tasty ‘finger bites’, with a selection of teas and coffees, and a cocktail menu; perfect for a Happy Hour stop. Within Conservatory is a games room too.
Oeno Wine Bar
Definitely one for adults, this inviting bar boasts its own cheese room! On the menu are of course dozens of wines to sample, but it’s also a place to pop in for an aperitif before dinner, or a nightcap before heading back to your suite.
The Pool Bars
Whether you’re hydrating with a refreshing smoothie or starting the party early with a cocktail, the resort’s shady bars have extensive drinks’ menus, with one has a swim-up bar.
Activities & Entertainment
Dining Experiences
A foodie haven, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina has so much to offer; which is why it’s certainly worth going all-inclusive.
Within the all-inclusive package is a table at the resort’s famous weekly Bubbalicious Brunch, which features dishes from three of the resort’s main restaurants: Baba, Sui Mui and Mina’s Kitchen. There is steak, lobster, Asian dishes and traditional Western brunch favourites like eggs “how you like them”. There are ten live cooking stations, live music and children’s entertainment. What’s more, it’s free for kids under six-years-old.
Healthy fare is also a focus for the resort, with Westin Fresh by The Juicery on offer daily, and a Westin Sleep Well Menu for those struggling to adjust to the new time zone.
Kids’ Facilities
This really is an exceptional Dubai resort for families, enhanced by the available facilities – including Le Meridien Kids Club at sister property Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina.
Two shaded swimming pools at the resort mean children can enjoy the water safely in the Dubai sun, while older ones can try their hand at a new watersport at the beach, where there are also games scheduled daily.
Westin has partnered with SuperChefs™ to offer the Westin Eat Well Menu for Kids; ensuring nutritious dishes are served for younger guests in the resort’s restaurants.
Private Beach
In front of the resort is a section of Jumeirah Beach exclusively for use of resort guests. From here you take a dip in the warm waters of the Arabian Gulf, have a go at a watersport like SUP, or simply chill on your sun lounger with towels and shades provided.
A popular experience for beach-goers is to take a short golf buggy ride to the Barasti Beach Bar, where there is music and live sport shown on a giant screen.
Wellness
The resort’s onsite wellness centre, The Heavenly Spa, offers ten treatment rooms where therapists use products from award-winning British brand Elemis and relaxation rooms with a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
Special treatments are available for pregnant women, and couples’ packages are on offer too.
Waterpark & Swimming Pools
Jungle Bay is the resort’s very own waterpark, a great place to cool off and have some fun. Here there is a wave pool, waterslides and splash pads perfect for little ones.
There are also five outdoor pools at the resort, set alongside the beach with sea views. All of the pools are heated, and there is a separate kids’ pool and a lap pool.
Sustainability Initiatives & Responsible Tourism
As part of Marriott, this resort is taking the same sustainability steps as others in the group’s portfolio, guided by their 2025 Sustainability and Social Impact Goals, as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
At The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina this means being Green Globes Certified; being transparent about its carbon footprint; and ensuring best practice across the resort, whether it’s encouraging guests to recycle the waste in their rooms, or offering electric car charging points for visitors.
