Pendry Park City

All of the 153 accommodations are in a modern, minimalist design featuring neutral, earthy tones. Even at entry level the rooms create a space of supreme slope-side comfort, with cosy seating, curated artwork, a Bluetooth speaker, free WiFi, luxurious bedding and signature bath amenities.

Resort View Rooms

Sleeps: 2 Adults

Available with either a king bed or two queen beds (in which case the occupancy goes up to four persons) these rooms have views of the resort, a marble bathroom, small sitting area and a 65-inch LCD high-definition TV. There is the option to connect these rooms.

Peak View Rooms

Sleeps: 2 Adults

An upgrade from the Resort View Rooms, Peak View Rooms look over the mountains. They are similarly available with a king or two queen beds to up the occupancy, and there are options to connect them with Residences; ideal to make additional space for families with older children.

These neat accommodations with views of the resort have the feel of a city-centre studio-flat and are ideal for couples seeking some additional space thanks to their kitchenette, seating nook, king-size bed and marble bathroom with a walk-in shower.

One Bedroom Residences

Sleeps: 2 Adults

There are three options in this category. Resort Junior One Bedroom Residences have a separate bedroom and living area, views of the resort, a kitchenette and laundry facilities. The One Bedroom Resort King Residences are slightly larger with a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining table; some also have a furnished terrace and a rollaway can be added to sleep an additional person. Two Bedroom Residences

Sleeps: 5 Adults

Options in this accommodation category can be chosen for the view (Resort or Peak), and how the bedrooms are laid out, either: two king beds; one king bed and two double beds; or one king bed and bunk beds that have a double on the bottom and a single above. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher, and a place to dine.

Townhouses

Sleeps: 8 Adults

Another great option for families, the Pendry Park City’s Townhouses are built over two levels, and are available with either two bedrooms (one king and one bunk beds) or three bedrooms (two king and one bunk beds). Both options have a private, furnished terrace with resort/plaza views, a living area with a fireplace, two/three marble bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and some have the option to connect to a Resort View King.

Three Bedroom Resort 2 King/Bunks Residence

Sleeps: 8 Adults

These spacious accommodations with their views of the plaza/resort buildings have three bedrooms (two with a king-size bed, and a third with bunks), a fully-fitted kitchen, dining table and marble bathrooms (one with a deep-soak tub). There is an option for these Residences to be interconnected with a Resort View Double Double – a great option for families with teens.

Three Bedroom Residences

Sleeps: 10 Adults

There are two options to pick from in this category: Three Bedroom Resort which has plaza views, one king, two doubles and bunks, or the Three Bedroom Peak with superior views of the mountains, two king bedrooms and a third with bunks. Both have ample amenities for families and groups in the form of laundry facilities, a kitchen with a full-size fridge and dishwasher, and a cosy living area with a fireplace.

Four Bedroom Residences

Sleeps: 12 Adults

Available with either the premier mountain/peak views (in which case there are three bedrooms with a king-size bed and a bunks room), or with resort/plaza views (meaning two king bedrooms, one with two doubles, and a fourth with bunks); these vast accommodations have all the hallmark Pendry Park City luxuries, plus a furnished terrace, full kitchen and fireplace-warmed living space.

Pendry Residence Two-Bedroom

Sleeps: 8 Adults

The resort’s largest and most luxurious two-bedroom accommodation has views of the peaks from its corner position, a large furnished terrace, and plenty of space indoors that includes: a master bedroom, a second bedroom with bunks, a living area with a fireplace and dining table, a large kitchen, laundry facilities and two marble bathrooms.

Pendry Residence Four Bedroom

Sleeps: 10 Adults

Step inside Pendry Park City’s largest and most indulgent accommodation, with its premier position on the corner of the resort commanding exceptional mountain views from two furnished terraces. Three of the spacious bedrooms have a king-size bed, while the fourth boasts bunks. There is a living space with a cosy fireplace, a full-size kitchen and of course huge marble bathrooms for a post-ski soak in the tub.

From casual post-ski fare to family-friendly dining, decadent Japanese dishes and sake to live music and small bites beside the fire; Pendry Park City has it all across its four dining options.
With many of the accommodations having their own kitchen or kitchenette, there is the choice to dine in your room or residence too, with plenty of tempting plates for in-room dining to enjoy from the privacy of your terrace or dining area. These include breakfast, salads and shareable plates, and a children’s menu.

KITA

This Japanese restaurant offers grill-style cooking, both indoor and outdoor seating, and a sushi bar. Think Japanese Wagyu steak, fresh sashimi and nigiri, and beers, sake and whiskey from Japan. Kita also hosts Sunday brunches throughout the year. And the daily Après Sushi experience between 3pm-5pm is popular for a drink and light bite to refuel after a day on the slopes.

Après Pendry

Share delicious plates of comfort food at this lobby lounge and bar that has been inspired by the après-ski haunts across the Atlantic. Here there is live music, the showing of big sporting events, roaring fireplaces, burgers and fondues, and hot cocktails. Après Pendry is open for pastries and coffee at breakfast, then again for lunch and dinner times.

The Pool House

Head up to the resort’s roof where you’ll discover stunning views and an all-day menu of American favourites (pizzas, soups and sandwiches, cold local beers and super-cool cocktails). The only rooftop bar in the town has DJ sets at the weekend, and cosy seating around outdoor fireplaces so you can enjoy this exceptional viewing point in comfort.

Ski Beach

Just steps from the resort, this après-ski spot is a playful mix of winter in Utah meets summer in California, with a menu of small bites and cocktails in a slope-side setting given a hefty dose of atmosphere from the live music and fire-pits.

Ski & Winter Activities

Winter sports and recreation are what Park City is famous for, and as such the resort positions itself well to support and kit out guests with everything needed to make the most of what’s on offer.
Onsite is Compass Sports, who have Adventure Guides on hand to assist with rental gear and booking experiences.
On the hotel’s doorstep is one of the US’s top ski resorts, Deer Valley, and the largest ski resort in the country; Park City Mountain. For thrill seekers there is cross-country and heli-skiing, while learners and children can find their feet at the ski schools.
But it’s not just the skiing and snowboarding that attracts visitors. Sleigh rides, snow tubing, dog sledding, ice skating, snow biking, snowmobiling and snowshoeing can all be organised from the resort too.

Spa & Wellness

Warm up with a wellness treatment at the Spa Pendry, where an atmosphere of mountain-inspired calm and retreat awaits. The six treatment rooms can be booked for a therapy including a facial, mud-wrap and couples’ massage. Then there are the herbal steam room and relaxation spaces to chill with refreshments afterwards.
Part of the spa experience is used of the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub, which is served by The Pool House. And there is a fitness centre onsite too, with state-of-the-art cardio and free weight equipment.

Family Activities

This family-friendly ski resort has excellent provision for families, with spacious accommodations (many with bunk beds), special menus in the restaurants for children, and the Pendry Kids’ Club. The latter offers a signature children’s programme of activities for kids aged five to 12-years-old, with the children’s “zone” run by an experienced team who have games and play equipment for kids to enjoy in their own dedicated space.
