Goldener Room

With its views of the village these newly designed rooms in the Goldener building feature original artwork on the walls, a large bathroom with a marble bath and walk-in rain shower, and a seating area from which to enjoy your Nespresso coffee.

Goldener Balcony Room

This elegant room with its floor-to-ceiling windows and private, furnished balcony has views of the village below. In the large marble bathroom are dual vanities, a walk-in rain shower and bath.

Inn Room

Set within the Inn building these rooms enjoy mountain views. In a chalet style, they have furnishings imported from Austria, balconies to breathe in the crisp winter air, and a wood-burning fireplace to get cosy after a day on the slopes.

Goldener Studio Suite

Located in the Goldener building with village views, these spacious suites have floor-to-ceiling windows to let in plenty of natural light to the open-plan layout that consists of: a lounge seating area with a desk, a dining table, a mini-fridge, microwave and wet bar, and a large bathroom with a deep bathtub.

Inn Junior Suite

This Inn building suite has a private balcony with views of Deer Valley’s majestic peaks. Inside the decor is chalet inspired, with a wood-burning fireplace, hand-painted furnishings and of course a soaking tub in the bathroom to relax after a day on the slopes.

Inn One Bedroom Suite

Sleeps: 4 Adults

With exceptional mountain views from the furnished balcony this large suite feels extra roomy thanks to the vaulted ceilings and separate living space and bedroom. In the former is a sofa-bed – making this suite a good option for families.

Goldener One Bedroom Residence

Sleeps: 2 Adults

Indulge with the additional space of this private residence, 1,300-square-feet of it in fact! A large living area boasts a marble fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows; there is a full kitchen with dining for six; a separate master bedroom also has its own fireplace; and there are furnished balconies to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by in the village below.

Goldener Two Bedroom Residence

Sleeps: 6 Adults

For small groups of friends or a family, these vast residences have ample space. Views of the mountains can be enjoyed from the private furnished balcony; there is a full kitchen with Wolf appliances and dining space for six; laundry facilities; two en suite bedrooms; and a spacious living area with a fireplace and unique Austrian cowbell installation.

Goldener Three Bedroom Residence

Sleeps: 8 Adults

The most spacious accommodation at the hotel is a large apartment-style retreat with spectacular views of the mountains and village from the private, furnished balconies. A full-size kitchen area has Wolf appliances, and there are washing and drying facilities. The large en suite master bedroom has its own fireplace, and two further, separate bedrooms also have their own bathroom.

Grab a speciality coffee and fresh pastry before hitting the slopes. Gorge on pretzels and hot chocolate après ski. Indulge with steak dinners complemented with wines from across the world. And finish the day with a cocktail on the roof and views of a winter wonderland.

The Golden Hirsch Restaurant

Open for three meals a day, plus après ski and weekend brunch, this award-winning signature restaurant is inspired by the chalets of Austria’s mountain ski resorts. Local ingredients are used wherever possible – think Utah honey on your yoghurt at breakfast and Niman Ranch rack of lamb at dinner. There is a kids’ menu with crowd-pleasers like mac ‘n’ cheese and pizzas, and small bites for après ski, including lobster rolls and the hotel’s hallmark house pretzels.

The Kitz

At lunch and breakfast times you can grab a table at The Kitz; with outdoor seating or in Antler Lounge. The menu here is all about (re)fuelling, with gourmet sandwiches, bagels, strudels and grilled cheese for the kids. If you’re having in-room dining or using your Residence’s kitchen, then you could pop down here afterwards for a chocolate fondue!

Antler Lounge

Join in with the convivial atmosphere at Antler Lounge, where you can grab a seat by the fire and play board games whilst listening to a live music set. Feeling peckish? Then you can tuck into Bavarian pretzels and a charcuterie board, followed by Goldener hot chocolates or a spiced mulled wine.

Rooftop Pool

Head to the roof for breakfast, lunch or dinner, where the views can be surveyed from al fresco seating, and there are tempting dishes and drinks to tempt you. Don’t miss the craft coffee, with speciality hot drinks perfect for après ski. Or an early dinnertime with the kids of pasta dishes followed by a sharing chocolate fondue.

Ski & Winter Sports

Deer Valley’s 103 runs are ski-only with Park City super close by if you’re a snowboarder. The pistes are suitable for all levels, with ski schools and tuition for beginners and improvers.
The hotel is set mid-mountain in Deer Valley, with chairlifts just a few steps from the entrance making Goldener Hirsch ski-in-ski-out. Amenities for guests include private ski lockers for your kit, a ski valet to support with hire and lesson booking, and transportation to Park City.
For thrilling experiences there is heli-skiing, skiing with an Olympic-pro and First Tracks – where you’ll get access to the fresh powder first thing in the morning before anyone else.
Other winter activities include bobsledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and snow tubing.

Wellness

The hotel puts the focus not just on experiencing the activities in nature’s playground on its doorstep; but also feeling like you’ve had a restful holiday.
As such you can book personalised spa treatments in the comfort of your room, or a private yoga session or sound therapy to start the day mindfully.
