Le Coucou is enclosed by the surrounding mountain and valleys, offering scenic views from wherever you are in the hotel. In every room, you’ll be provided with an excellent service of housekeeping twice a day, laundry services, room service and complimentary WiFi. Le Coucou hosts two heated pools. One of them is in indoors accompanied by a jacuzzi, the perfect facility to help massage the stiff muscles after your long adventurous day. The other pool is outdoors, stretching to a long outdoor terrace. The two pools are both an extension of each other, separated by a window.

The Beefbar
The Beefbar restaurant in Le Coucou offers a delicious variety of rare meats from across the globe. Prepared according to rules of art, the restaurant serves Black Angus from Argentina and the USA, Australian Wagyu beef, and Japanese Kobe beef. Enjoy some of their other speciality dishes from pasta and risotto to casseroles. If you’re seeking healthy foods for yourself and children, opt for the well-balanced menu. The Bar des Pistes

Winter Activities
Enjoy something for everyone on the Meribel mountains. Enjoy alpine runs, off-pistes, cross country areas and runs for snowboarders across the mountain that is firm favourite amongst winter sports enthusiasts. Ski to your heart’s content with 330 pistes, all accessible with 155 ski lifts. Something for the thrill-seekers, sledging is an exciting experience that takes you down the 28 turns of the Mission Black Forest piste, and fast! Be sure not to laugh too much, you will need to hold on tight!
For the days you want to spend off-piste, try this heliskiing experience where you can fly to Italy or Switzerland. You’ll be accompanied by a professional instructor who will help you get the most out of the downhill skiing.
Animal lovers can take one hour out of your skiing adventures to embark on this dog sledging experience. You can hold onto the reigns of your own pack of dogs as they dash you through the snow on your sled. Enjoy dashing through the snow on a snowmobile to enjoy some motorized fun across the wide-open snowy land. If you have come with your family, enjoy the tour with your children too!
If you have had enough of the mountains for the day but still looking for somewhere exciting to blow off steam, check out the 14-metre-high wall. You can climb this wall at any climbing level and enjoy it of an evening for an introduction to climbing with the Guides of Meribel.
In the Sky
See the sights of the surrounding Alps from a different viewpoint as you fly through the sky on a helicopter. This experience is definitely bucket list worthy, as you see stunning views from the Massif du Mont Blanc to the turquoise waters of Annecy’s Lake. Accompanied by a qualified instructor, you can also enjoy a glide through the air on either a two-seated paraglider or a hang glider.
40 minutes from Le Coucou is the altiport, where you can take off into the sky for a hot air balloon ride. Take off from the altiport at 9am and see the extraordinary sights of Meribel and the ski slopes from above.
Relaxation
After gliding the slopes and putting stress on your body while you have fun on the mountains, Le Coucou offers yoga sessions to help relieve the muscle aches and stress.
