Sitting on the snow front of the ski slopes is Le K2 Altitude. Located directly on the piste at Couchevel 1850, the hotel allows you to effortlessly venture to the ski slopes as well as the Couchevel Village that is just below. Not to mention that Le K2 Altitude offers a ski in/ski out service for your days challenging the slopes.

Le K2 Altitude prides themselves on the fantastic food service that they offer. They host five different restaurants and bars in their hotel, offering something unique in each one. Le Montgomerie is K2’s two-michelin-starred restaurant run by passionate chef, Pieter Riedijk. During summer and autumn months, he hand-picks his own ingredients while out on a mountain bike ride, infusing them into his Lebanese-style dishes. He also co-runs Aïnata with chef Sébastien Vauxion, who both add their personal twist on the menu. If you’re looking for a laid-back atmosphere after a long day on the slopes, head to Le Base Kamp by Aïnata for a meal on the terrace, overlooking the views of the surrounding Couchevel slopes and skiers making their way down the mountain. Enjoy some light refreshments and a cosy vibe in the discreet bar, Le 1856 Bar. Be sure to browse their extensive list of spirits and bask in their comforting interior. For something different, opt to check out the only smoking room in the hotel, The Churchill Klub. Choose a cigar from their extensive list, and pair it with some aged alcohol while you enjoy the company in the enclosed room.

All rooms and suites come with a private balcony or terrace. When you wake, you can bask in the morning glow of the sun while it peeks over the staggered mountain. Of an evening, be sure to pop on some relaxing music and enjoy the dimming views under a thick blanket and a drink from your mini bar.
