Skiing
One of Kitzbuhel’s most popular attractions is the ski slopes. Because of the steep slopes and challenging pistes, Kitzbuhel is popular amongst professionals and intermediate ski levels, who take the sport more seriously. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t a place there for beginners. Green runs are also available.
Hiking in the Kitzbühl Alps
Embark on a hike through the glorious Kitzbuhel region. Whether the sun is shining or you’re ankles deep in snow, you won’t be short of superb views. On your hike, take the route where you’ll stumble across Schwarzsee, the black lake that lies in a small hollow. During summer, you might find some cows to pet, or set up for an Alm Picnic.
