Superbly situated amongst the Chianti vines within one of the most beautiful stretches of Tuscan countryside, the majestic Ombrone valley, this delightful hotel is a former 11th-century medieval village now lovingly restored and refurbished as a stunning countryside retreat.
Castel Monastero boasts a superb wine cellar, where guests can sample the very best of the wines produced in the surrounding vineyards.
