Rocco Forte Hotels has preserved the classical splendour of the hotel's original architecture, including the stunning terraced gardens which extend to the Pincio above and afford exquisite alfresco dining at Le Jardin de Russie restaurant during the warmer months. Here the Executive Chef Nazzareno Menghini works alongside the internationally celebrated Chef Fulvio Pierangelini to create the finest Italian dishes with the freshest local produce.
The Stravinskij Bar is equally enchanting, serving a good selection of cocktails and Roman delicacies to excite your palate. This will surely be a moment to savour as you are entertained by the live music in the beautiful gardens.
