Combining 19th century splendour with 21st century luxury, this boutique hotel offers an intimate base from which to explore France's capital city. With a prime location, you’ll be just steps away from the ‘city of lights'’ most iconic sights, including the Panthenon, the Grand Palais, Marigny Theatre, Elysée gardens and the Conorde Obelisk.

Inside, however, you’ll be cocooned in peaceful and refined interiors. With no traditional ‘check-in’ desk, you’ll be treated like a friend immediately in the plush Louis XV salon, with its grand marble fireplace and plush armchairs. Each furnishing was carefully selected by interior designer, Jacques Garcia, while renovations ensured the original glory of the Haussman-style architecture continued to shine through.

During your stay, you can opt for a fine afternoon tea with the hotel owner, French entrepreneur Michel Reybier, and savour macarons and madeleines over fine Champagne. You could also book yourself a treat in the spa, which is the only one in Paris to offer prestigious Nescens-Swiss treatments.

Another stand-out highlight of the hotel is its 16m pool – a rarity for a Paris hotel, and said to be the most beautiful indoor pool in the city. Then there’s the Duc de Morny library – a private space for hotel guests to exclusively enjoy in the morning before it opens to the public, with over 3,000 books to browse and a secret door to the smoking room, which houses more than 400 carefully selected cigars.

Room Options

This small and personal hotel features just 25 suites and 15 rooms, each perfectly capturing the quintessence of 19th century Parisian chic. All rooms and suites include Nespresso machine, Apple TV and an in-room iPad.

Prestige Room

This 40m2 room offers views of the leafy patio. It features a king-size bed and a marble bathroom with a bath, shower and double basin.

Premier Room

The Premier Room is more spacious at 45m2 and can be joined with a Prestige Junior Suite. It also features views of the leafy patio.

Prestige Junior Suite

Each of these suites has a unique character, with individually curated art pieces and some overlooking the Rue de Cirque. It’s 50m2 comprises a spacious living and dining area, and a marble bathroom. This suite can be combined with a Premier Room.

Junior Suite Terrace

Along with all the special touches and features of a Prestige Junior Suite, these suites offer a wonderful private terrace overlooking the patio below. Surrounded by lush greenery for privacy, enjoy a peaceful breakfast or glass of Champagne in tranquillity.

Eiffel Junior Suite

As its name suggests, these suites offer iconic views! Look out from your fifth-floor window to see the Elysée gardens, the glass roof of the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower. At 52m2, the suite comprises a spacious bedroom and living area, and can be combined with the Imperial Suite.

Deluxe Suite

This suite’s spacious 60m2 comprises a separate bedroom with dressing area and living area. With magnificent high ceilings, they are flooded with natural light.

Prestige Suite

These privileged suites overlook Rue de Cirque and the Grand Palais’ glass dome, with glorious views from their private balconies. Covering 80m2, the suite comprises a spacious bedroom with a large dressing room and a separate lounge area.

Eiffel Suite

The Eiffel Suite is a similar size and set-up as a Prestige Suite but with one wonderful distinction: enjoy views across Avenue Gabriel to the Eiffel Tower from your private balcony.

Duc de Morny Suite

This spacious 115m2 suite has been designed like an authentic Parisian apartment, with a separate bedroom and large dressing room, and a lounge area with a cosy marble fireplace and a dining table. Directly opposite you can observe Avenue Gabriel, and you may be able to spot the Grand Palais through the leaves of the trees.

Eiffel Presidential Suite

This opulent 140m2 suite is split over two levels. On the upper level, enjoy views of the Eiffel Tower, the Grand Palais glass roof and the spires of Notre-Dame in the distance. Along with separate living room and bedroom, you can browse your own library or enjoy a drink from your private bar or wine cellar.

Elysée Suite

Set on the fifth and top floor, this suite boasts magical views from its windows and balconies over the nave of the Grand Palais, the gilded sculptures of the Alexandre III Bridge an the Eiffel Tower. It’s 170m2 comprises a spacious lounge, two bedrooms with their own dressing rooms, two private bars and a wine cellar.

Eiffel Imperial Suite

Designed in opulent tones of deep red, black lacquer and gold filigree, this 118m2 suite reflects the spirit of Emperor Napolean. The fifth floor private balcony has views of the Eiffel Tower, the glass roof of the Grand Palais and the steeple of Notre-Dame.

Grand Palais Suite

This Belle Epoque apartment-style suite stylishly covers 200m2 with two generous lounge areas, two bedrooms, two private bars and a wine cellar. From the private balcony, admire views of the Eiffel Tower and the glass roof of the Grand Palais, magnificently illuminated a night.

The Spa at La Réserve Paris offers an oasis of calm in the city, with a 16m indoor pool, hammam, fitness area and three treatment rooms. As the only spa in the capital to offer treatments using Nescens-Swiss products, you can relax with scientifically formulated anti-aging facials, body treatments and programmes. Nescens-Swiss beauty therapists personalise their techniques to offer lasting results.

For fitness, you can join yoga and Pilates sessions during your stay, or request personalised sports training indoors or outdoors.

Family

Families are given a warm welcome at La Réserve Paris. Children can choose from fruity juices at meal times, plus a tasty selection of treats including pastries and personalised biscuits on request. The hotel also offers soft toys, colouring books and organic child-friendly bath products.
