Activities & Entertainment
COMO Le Montrachet is in the heart of Puligny-Montrachet – a world-class wine region home to the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits wine areas. Full and half day tours of both Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits can be arranged from the hotel, allowing you to indulge in excellent guided tastings.
Puligny-Montrachet has its own commune appellation. Though a small quantity of Pinot Noir red wines are also produced here, the area is primarily recognised for its terroir-driven Chardonnay white wines. Within Puligny-Montrachet, there are four Grand Cru and 17 Premier Cru vineyards.
Côte de Beaune is situated between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, a key wine district of Burgundy that produces some of the world's most expensive white wines. This is just a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
Côte de Nuits is centred on the little town of Nuits-Saint-Georges in the Côte d'Or department of Burgundy between Dijon and Beaune. Nuits-Saint-Georges is just a 30-minute drive from the hotel.
