You’ll explore the estate’s thriving organic farm, graft your own cacao tree and create your very own handmade chocolate, gaining a rare insight into ethical, sustainable chocolate production.
After a freshly prepared local lunch, unwind at the island’s renowned mud baths before boarding a catamaran for a relaxed sail along the stunning west coast.
