Hotel information
A charming oasis of luxury overlooking the two beaches of Grand Cul de Sac and Marigot Bay, the recently redesigned Rosewood Le Guanahani sits on its own 18-acre private peninsula with direct access to two beaches, in the heart of a tropical garden of hibiscus and bougainvillaea.
This modern, minimalist retreat offers an effortless fusion of elegance, serenity and informal relaxation during your St Barths break.
The colourful, Creole-style individual cottages and suites all have private terraces, most with views of the ocean and some with garden views, while many have a private pool. There is a range of accommodation options available, including the one-bedroom Beach Pool Suite, the two-bedroom Serenity Suite and the Bougainvillea Suite which offers three bedrooms and a large private pool.
Guests here enjoy a delightfully slow pace of life, with the only interruptions being an indulgent treatment at Sense, A Rosewood Spa®, complimentary non motorised watersports or a game of tennis. Meanwhile, Beach House St. Barth is the perfect place to indulge with Mediterranean inspired cuisine and delicious mocktail and cocktails, with breathtaking ocean views as your backdrop.
The facilities for children are also exceptional, making this an incredibly family-friendly Caribbean resort. Your little ones will have a blast at the Rosewood Explorers kids’ club, suitable for children aged 4 to 11.
Activities & Entertainment
Rosewood Le Guanahani boasts exceptional Mediterranean-inspired cuisine at the Beach House St. Barth situated directly on the beach overlooking the turquoise water of the Caribbean. Meanwhile, Bar Mélangé is the perfect spot for refined cocktails overlooking the swimming pool and ocean.
Children will love Rosewood Le Guanahani. The resort’s Rosewood Explorers club is open to children aged four to 11 years old, where they’ll get a taste of the French language and culture. Activities include painting seashells, making jewellery, playing games and drawing. The resort also offers professional babysitting services, should you wish to have a romantic dinner alone.
There is a variety of complimentary non-motorised watersports available at the hotel, including paddleboarding, kayaking and snorkelling. You can take part in land activities too - the hotel is in an ideal location for easy hikes along picturesque paths that showcase the island’s indigenous flora and fauna.
One of our favourite things about this resort is Sense, A Rosewood Spa®. This rejuvenating haven of serenity and sophistication is set amongst luscious foliage, and affords indulgent treatments. Heaven.
Sustainability Initiatives & Responsible Tourism
Rosewood Le Guanahani St Barth is a luxury haven where environmental responsibility is woven into the fabric of every guest experience.
Their commitment to water conservation is evident in their rainwater collection and laundry water recycling systems. Every drop is cherished, and nothing goes to waste. The resort has taken water management to the next level with desalination facilities, ensuring a sustainable source of freshwater in this island paradise.
Embracing the future of transportation, they've introduced electric vehicles, leaving a minimal carbon footprint. And in a bold move, they've bid farewell to plastic bottles, minimizing plastic waste and championing eco-friendly alternatives.
But their dedication to the environment goes beyond the resort's borders. Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth actively engages little guests with education programs, inspiring them to connect with wildlife and learn about St Barth's natural resources.
