Located on the outskirts of Roseau, the capital of this spectacular and rugged Island, Fort Young is set on the waterfront overlooking the Caribbean Sea and is the only international style hotel on the island.

Built around the walls of an old 18th-century fort, many of the original features have been retained in the public areas of the property, with many modern facilities added making the hotel a welcome oasis of comfort after a day of exploration. The Fort Young marries traditional elegance with breath taking views of the ocean.

73 guest rooms and suites are ideal for both business and leisure travellers. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, with free wi-fi throughout and all feature a terrace or balcony offering the most dramatic sea and sunset views imaginable.

Here you can dive or go whale watching directly from the jetty, or perhaps hike the rainforests and waterfalls that stretch up behind the hotel. Whilst the Fort Rooms offer the lowest price, we recommend you upgrade to the Ocean Front rooms for extra comfort and better sea views, particularly for longer stays.

The Palisades Restaurant provides stunning views of the Caribbean Sea while you are treated to a top-class meal prepared by a talented and professional chef. The restaurant is also accessible via a jetty. Persons on yachts may dine at the hotel, enjoying the ambiance and food, and then return directly to the yacht.

Palisades Restaurant on the Waterfront - Enjoy International and Creole style food in this stunning waterfront setting where delicious options from the a-la-carte menus are offered for lunch and dinner. Savour the flavours amidst an ambiance which lends itself to unwinding and relaxation.

Warner's Bar Restaurant - Located on the oceanfront and offering a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including mixed drinks. Opening hours are 3pm - 10pm
