Perched on the Calijanda Estate Ridge in St James, Barbados, Sea Breeze Villa is the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home — only with way better views. With its ultra-modern beach house style, breathtaking ocean views, showstopping pool, beautifully curated furniture and inviting atmosphere, this is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the best of the island’s West Coast.

The Master Bedroom is situated in the main house, offering a peaceful retreat with its own private terrace overlooking the estate. The other four bedrooms are in separated buildings connected to the main house by covered walkways, giving guests their own private space while still being just steps from the pool. With this setup, Sea Breeze is especially well-suited for slightly older families, as kids and adults enjoy easy access to the pool from each of these four ground-level sanctuaries.

Beyond the villa, everything you need is just a short drive away. Some of the island’s most beautiful beaches are within easy reach, including the pristine shoreline at Fairmont Royal Pavilion. If you’re a golf lover, Westmoreland is close by, and for dining and shopping, you’re just five minutes from the famous Lone Star Restaurant and less than 10 minutes from the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre in Holetown.

Of course, there’s also the option to do absolutely nothing but relax in the comfort of your villa. Spend your days lounging by the pool, working on your fitness in the private gym, hosting movie nights in the media room, sipping cocktails around the bar and enjoying delicious meals prepared by your private cook, who’s available six days a week during the summer, winter and festive seasons.

The Master Suite – located on the upper floor in the centre of the main house – offers sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and the pool. With a sumptuous king-size bed, a private outdoor terrace, his and her bathrooms and separate dressing rooms, it’s a true sanctuary for couples.

The other four bedrooms are set on the ground floor in separate buildings on either side of the pool, giving guests their own private space while still being close to the heart of the villa. Each room is stylish and inviting, with either queen or twin beds for flexible family or group arrangements.

Villa guests have access to the beach at Fairmont Royal Pavilion, which is just a short drive from the property. This pristine stretch of sand is lapped by crystal-clear turquoise waters and is arguably one of the best beaches on the island!

Golf

Tee-off in the glorious Caribbean sunshine at the nearby Westmoreland Golf Course. Designed by renowned architect, Robert Trent Jones Jr., this 18-hole championship course features rolling fairways and challenging greens and is suitable for golfers of all levels.

Dining

The property is ideally located for foodies. Lone Star Restaurant is just a five-minute drive away, serving up delicious Caribbean-European fusion dishes right on the beach for a laid-back yet upscale dining experience.
