Hotel information
Antigua’s newest boutique resort experience, Hammock Cove offers a superlative experience combining quintessential Caribbean relaxation, exceptional cuisine and truly personalised service.
The adult-only resort is made up of private villas overlooking the boardwalk and a stretch of private beach, making it the perfect destination for a sun-kissed Antiguan escape. Location-wise, Hammock Cove occupies an enviable position next to the spectacular Devil’s Bridge National Park, which is famous for incredible geysers – so definitely don’t forget to bring your camera!
Foodies will be in their element at Hammock Cove, where delectable dining is a top priority. Helmed by Executive Chef Marco Festini, the spectacular Lighthouse restaurant combines ancient cooking methods with modern cuisine, serving up delicacies like Caribbean lobster and Wagyu burgers.
There’s also all-day dining at Irina’s, and a choice of three bars at which to enjoy a sundowner cocktail each evening. Should you not wish to escape the luxurious space of your villa, 24-our in-villa dining is also available.
As well as being perfectly located for exploring the National Park, the resort offers myriad excursions and experiences to make the most of your time in Antigua. Take to the water for paddle boarding, snorkelling or sailing; take a dip in the tiered infinity pool; attend a fascinating art or literature lecture; spend an afternoon on Hammock Cove’s private beach, or follow the nature trail to Devil’s Bridge.
To fully unwind and get into the holiday spirit, pay Hammock Cove’s spa a visit; the Tranquility Spa has five treatment rooms and offers a plentiful menu of relaxing treatments.
Activities & Entertainment
Within the resort guests can enjoy garden tours, the private beach, paddle boarding, snorkelling sailing, fitness classes, yoga and educational art/literature lectures. There’s also a beautiful three-tiered infinity pool. Nearby Devil’s Bridge National Park is famous for its ocean springs and limestone rock formations, and is reached by nature trail from the resort. Shirley Heights is also a popular daytrip for guests, perfect for nature walks and for enjoying the very best views of Antigua.
