In Gibbston Valley, take a fascinating tour of New Zealand’s largest underground wine cave, and tuck into a gourmet wine barrel-cooked lunch! Your delicious meal will be matched with a complementing wine. Visit three vineyards for tastings, along with a cheese board accompanying one of the tastings.
Then, visit the historical settlements of Old Cromwell and the former gold mining town of Arrowtown (time permitting). Soak up the picturesque sights and architecture here, including beautifully restored cottages, heritage buildings and the winding Arrow River.
