Full accommodation information

Just a handful of exclusive bungalows and beach houses make up the quite magnificent, multi-award-winning Yasawa Island Resort and Spa.

This is a private escape with no neighbours, no noise, just blissful South Pacific sunsets, fine-dining cuisine and endless intimate moments at your fingertips.

Each day you can take your pick from 10 private beaches here, whiling away your afternoons snorkelling above tropical reefs or simply swinging in a hammock overlooking the ocean.

In fact, any time spent at the resort is just as dreamy as you would hope, thanks to its beachfront spa, swimming pool, world-class full-board food, private picnics, boat tours, a lovely sea-facing bar and, of course, those spacious beachfront abodes.

Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is just perfect for those looking to really get away from it all, as the island is flung far from the more central islands so you can expect deserted beaches and pristine forests, authentic Fijian villages and unspoilt seas. However, despite its secluded location, the island is easy to reach from Nadi – just a 25-minute flight – yet still feels a world away.

What’s more, Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is predominantly adults-only so great for couples, though they do offer designated family weeks at certain points in the year, meaning children can enjoy special kids activities and meals during those times, while couples and grown-up families get a little more peace and quiet at other periods. You really can’t lose!

There are just 18 charming bures here at Yasawa Island Resort, bedecked in Fijian design touches and arranged to drench the indoor spaces with natural light. They all look out to sea and sport living spaces, terraces, super king-size beds and both indoor and outdoor showers spread across large floorplans. Mod-cons include a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, air-conditioning, an iPod docking station and sun loungers, as well as a hammock strung up on your sundeck.

The ‘entry-level’ Bure Suite is incredibly spacious, with views straight from the super king-size bed out to sea, a large outdoor terrace, open-plan living and sleeping area, a bathroom plus indoor and outdoor showers. They are connected in twos across the beachfront of Yasawa Island.
Deluxe Beachfront Bure

Deluxe Beachfront Bure

These standalone bures offer more privacy and larger floorplans, with a separate living area and split-level layout, though still feature ocean views, a super king-size bed, large outdoor terrace, bathroom, plus indoor and outdoor showers.
Two Bedroom Bure

Two Bedroom Bure

This capacious bure flaunts two bedrooms connected to a central living room, all edged by a spacious sundeck affording ocean views. Expect super king-size beds, two en suites plus indoor and outdoor showers.
Honeymoon Bure

Honeymoon Bure

This ultra-romantic bure was designed with honeymooners in mind, set in a remote location on the beach with extra special luxuries to boot. A private, sea-facing pool; large floorplan; huge sundeck; separate living room and super king-size bed, plus indoor and outdoor showers.

Yasawa Island Resort welcomes families with children under the age of 16 at certain periods throughout the year, but the rest of the time it is open to adults only. When family weeks are available, the hotel has an excellent range of activities and restaurant menus for children, so be sure to check dates with us if you’re travelling with the tribe. Meanwhile, grown-ups can make use of the spa and swimming pool all year round, of course, just adding to the many ways you can wind down here at the heavenly Yasawa Island Resort.

Manasa’s Bar

Manasa’s Bar

Hit Manasa’s Bar on the beach for smooth coffees, fruit juice and mocktails, all included in your room rate. You can also order your favourite alcoholic concoctions here at an additional cost, soaking up the sweeping sea views from this laidback perch.

As part of its all-inclusive offering, Yasawa Island Resort and Spa provides many activities free of charge, so you can make the most of your time in this gorgeous Fijian paradise. Think non-motorised watersports, trips to the Blue Lagoon Caves (made famous by Brooke Shields in her movie, The Blue Lagoon), traditional kava ceremonies, cooking demonstrations, meke dance performances and private picnics too. This is all in addition to the 10 private beaches on your doorstep and opportunities for scuba diving and fishing nearby.
