Narringa Ridgeview sits in the Byron Bay hinterland, surrounded by green fields and rolling hills. While feeling wonderfully private, this villa has the cafés, beaches and boutiques of Byron Bay just a four-minute drive away, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

The house itself is striking, with a modern architectural style that showcases the breathtaking surrounding landscape. The villa’s large windows open the house to countryside views and allow the Aussie sunshine to pour in. Inside and out, there’s plenty of spaces to soak in the atmosphere; relax in the family room for quiet mornings, the outdoor kitchen for long lunches and the pool terrace for balmy evenings when the sky turns gold.

Along with four bedrooms, the villa has ample space for up to eight adults to enjoy. A tennis court and even a rugby field add to the 'wow' factor, while the expansive kitchen and covered entertaining areas are perfect for hosting celebratory dinners. The interiors are modern and stylish, but not overdone; comfortable enough for families and polished enough for a group of friends looking for something special.

The property is accessed via a private road and comprises a living area, games room, outdoor entertaining room, outdoor kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a swimming pool with sun loungers and tropical gardens.

The villa can sleep up to eight adults across four bedrooms. Each bedroom also has a single trundle bed available, which can be set up on request, offering additional occupancy for up to four children.

All bedrooms feature a splitable king size-bed and en-suite bathroom.
