For nearly nine hours, enjoy a day filled with exploring the diverse wildlife and national parks of Tasmania. Begin the day with a visit to the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, a 24/7 wildlife rescue service and rehabilitation centre where you’ll find the likes of kangaroos and wombats. Afterwards, head to New Norfolk to immerse in the local cultures, shop in the charming stores and enjoy some lunch.
In the afternoon, take a guided walk of Mount Field National Park to Russell Falls and beyond. Known for being not only one of the best national parks in Tasmania, but also in Australia, wind your way through the beautiful flora and fauna of Mt. Field, strolling through some of the planets tallest trees and passing the breathtaking Russell Falls.
