Be a Marine Bio – Guided Eco Tour

Step aboard a stylish catamaran and spend a full day immersing yourself in the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef with this unique eco-experience. Designed for ocean enthusiasts with a passion for conservation, this program allows you to join a dedicated research team and contribute to real-world reef science.

Your day begins with a warm welcome from your Master Reef Guide, a certified PADI professional and experienced reef interpreter, who will guide you through every aspect of the expedition. You’ll explore exclusive Outer Reef locations, snorkel among vibrant coral gardens, and participate in citizen science activities. Tasks may include submitting reef sightings and monitoring reports, assisting guides with reef health surveys, or supporting coral planting as part of the Coral Nurture Program, supervised by the University of Technology Sydney.

While your experience is personalised and focused on conservation, you will cruise with other guests, allowing for both collaborative and individual discovery. Between excursions, enjoy morning and afternoon tea, and a chef-prepared hot and cold buffet lunch. All snorkelling or scuba equipment is included, ensuring you can focus entirely on the reef.
