Hotel information
Anantara Resorts added this French Colonial property (formerly Life Heritage Hoi An) to their expanding portfolio in April 2013.
Boasting a scenic riverside location in Hoi An, it's an excellent base from which to explore this atmospheric UNESCO World Heritage town.
The 93 rooms and suites are housed in the resort's two and three-storey French Colonial style buildings.
Decorated with a fusion of European and Asian influences, the accommodation is on a split level with steps down from a bedroom and bathroom to a sitting area, that then leads out onto a private porch with day beds. Choose from a view of the gardens or over the river from your private porch.
Start your day with breakfast at "Lanterns" colonial style dining room overlooking the river. After a morning of exploration on one of the hotel's complimentary bicycles, or heading off the beaten track with the hotel's Street Guru, refresh with a dip in the hotel's swimming pool and a light lunch in the Riverside Cafe.
Spend your afternoon relaxing by the pool, learn how to make a traditional lantern or indulge in a treatment at The Spa. As the sun sets an aperitif on the picturesque terrace of the Heritage Bar is in order, before heading back to "Lanterns" for delicious Vietnamese cuisine.
