Full accommodation information

Filled with a standard and style of sumptuous decoration that is as both breathtakingly beautiful and equally as refined as the Opera House nearby, Park Hyatt Saigon is simply a joy to visit.

Ornate chandeliers are at home hanging from lofty ceilings here, while underfoot – lavish rugs cover dark, polished wooden floors throughout; quality runs to the very core of this highly-respected establishment. And, though taking colonial-era inspiration for its décor to match the hotel’s grand exterior, there is also an unmistakable Vietnamese pride at Park Hyatt Saigon, and contemporary touches too.

These can be seen first in the many impressive paintings that bedeck the walls, bringing fun bursts of colour to otherwise calm and muted tones of pale marble and cream, but then with their glass-clad bathrooms and walk-in rain showers, cutting-edge cuisine and stunning spa, the Park Hyatt is also every bit the modern luxury Saigon hotel.

Indeed nowhere is this truer than in that irresistible onsite Xuan Spa. Seeking to reflect the essence of the wider Mekong Delta, itself a wondrous region of Vietnam riddled with waterways and verdant countryside, natural treatments at Xuan Spa draw both inspiration and ingredients from the plants and flowers that flourish around the region.

So here, intoxicating essential oils drift through the air during uplifting facials, revitalising massages, cleansing wraps and traditional treatments, all carried out with only absolute wellness and harmony in mind. Outside there is a central courtyard, sun terrace and swimming pool lined by a two-tier waterfall, and with a gym, live piano music and fine dining restaurant also on-site, there is little the Park Hyatt Saigon has not thought of.

Finally, being close to the city’s all-important retail outlets, restaurants and highlights of Ho Chi Minh from local markets to high-end boutiques, Notre Dame Cathedral or the galleries and museums that offer insight into Vietnam’s complex history, Park Hyatt Saigon happens to be one of the best-placed properties around too.

As with the rest of the hotel, guestrooms at Park Hyatt Saigon are glamourous with an aristocratic edge, all feeling full of light thanks to larger than average windows too. Enter into a room of neo-classical curves and neutral hues here, after a day in the city, and feel instantly serene. While décor may be reminiscent of colonial times, these rooms are also fully-equipped with all the modern-day conveniences you would hope for including Bose Bluetooth speakers, a Nespresso coffee machine, smart room controls, a walk-in rain shower and separate marble bathtub in some, air-conditioning, and more besides.

Similar to the entry-level King Bed Guestroom though here you can revel in views of the verdant gardens or in some cases the hotel’s swimming pool, through the generously sized windows. All other in-room amenities such as Cochine toiletries and plush robes remain the same.
King Bed Deluxe / Twin Beds Deluxe

Covering a mammoth 2,045sq ft you will not only have use of a lounge, dining room and kitchen but also a study, walk-in wardrobes and butler service too. Huge windows then line each wall, giving multiple views of the scenes outside, an exclusive angle from which to witness Ho Chi Minh City.

A pool to luxuriate next to, a spa to revitalise your senses, gym for active types and a fine selection of gourmet restaurants will be sure to tick the boxes while staying at Park Hyatt Saigon. Take advantage of the babysitting service and head out for the evening, speak to the fantastic concierge or kick off your shoes and order some room service for an intimate meal, in the privacy of your own suite. No matter how you choose to spend your time in this exciting city, Park Hyatt Saigon has it covered.

If you’re looking to be close to the highlights of Ho Chi Minh in a central luxury hotel, then Park Hyatt Saigon is an excellent choice. With a clear French influence apparent throughout, this link can be explored still further with the colonial period reminders of this extraordinary city all within easy walking distance from the hotel. The Central Post Office is a stunning example of Gustave Eiffel’s work, while the Notre Dame Cathedral is a striking sight to behold amid more recent architectural additions, the Opera House opposite, of course, as well as a clutch of parks for picnics, shopping outlets, museum and restaurants nearby.

Back at Park Hyatt Saigon itself, once night falls, delight in the eclectic mix of music that flows from the Park Lounge, thanks to nightly performances given by the hotel’s pianist.
