Over the course of an hour in Kyoto, you’ll be guided by a professional instructor who’ll introduce you to the traditions and techniques of this revered discipline. Get dressed in your authentic Hakama and get ready to gain insight into the importance of the Katana. Then learn the fundamentals of stage combat, from how to hold and draw the sword to practising defensive and offensive moves.
This engaging experience is great for families, with children aged eight and above welcome to participate, deepening your understanding of Japanese culture in a dojo setting.
