Hotel information
Located off the coast of Cambodia, Song Saa Private Island hotel is spread across two pristine isles in the Koh Rong Islands. Home to virgin rainforest and tropical reefs, this exclusive resort offers luxury in harmony with the natural unspoilt surroundings.
Dedicated to the environment, this is an eco-luxe resort complete with thatch and stone villas peppered throughout the jungle canopy or perched on stilts above the sea. Expect rustic chic with decadence and a thorough commitment to sustainability. Each of the villas offers ocean views and private pools with lavish polished marble walls, earthy tones and timber beams. The extra touches such as the four-poster bed, Moroccan lanterns and native tribal statues add character and panache.
The resort is set in a remote location that is bordered by clear waters with a jungle interior and therefore needs to be pretty self-sufficient. The restaurant serves an array of delicious cuisines, and you can expect organic ingredients and flavours of traditional Cambodia infused with Thai specialities. Western delights are often available too.
