This charming boutique resort offers secluded courtyards, intimate gardens and wide terraces. Each of the 56 rooms and 12 villas offers stunning views of the lush tropical vegetation that blankets the valley below – leaving a feeling of serenity and peace.
 
The 25-metre infinity pool has often been voted as one of the most beautiful in the world due to its extending views across the valley – it is the ideal place to relax. Along with the choice to sit in one of the gardens or courtyards, a few days in the central foothills of Bali will leave you feeling rejuvenated and revived.
 
There are two restaurants to choose from – the Plantation Restaurant, which is set in a traditional-style pavilion complete with towering coconut pillar and thatched roof, has a brassiere feel and serves Asian and seasonal cuisines. The Cabana Lounge boasts a dramatic view over the floating emerald-green infinity pool with the plunging valley in the background and serves seasonal beverages and comfort food all day.

Extremely private, the Pool Villas are 125 square metres of space and seclusion. They feature a landscaped garden with a private swimming pool, an indoor shower and open-air bathtub set in the middle of a lotus pond. In villa facilities are the same as the Valley Villa's with a 4 poster bed

The 120 square metre Terrace Tree Villas enjoy a lofty hillside perch on the sunrise side of the resort. Relax on the spacious, peaceful wood-decked terrace and gaze at the views across the rice paddies on the banks of the valley.

Valley Villas

Valley Villas feel as if you are in a tree house situated above the rainforest canopy and boast a wraparound balcony with fabulous valley views and an open air bathtub. There is also an additional LCD television and entertainment system, shower and personalised leisure concierge services. Highly Recommended
Superior Rooms

Superior Rooms

Superior Rooms are 30sqm and located on the upper level of the main hotel buildings and boast views of the Ayung River Valley from the private balcony. The bathrooms offer a shower and toilet and are cosy, we suggest a deluxe room for more space.
Deluxe Rooms

Deluxe Rooms

Situated on the ground floor, below the Superior Rooms, and covering 65 square metres, the Deluxe Rooms are a more private and secluded choice with a bathtub. They additionally boast individual garden terraces and a back courtyard with an open air bathroom (shower) looking out to the valley and gardens.
  • Take part in the traditional daily ritual of the Balinese offering. Learn how to make them and the history and importance of the Balinese religious ceremonies.  
  • Enjoy a private Balinese dinner for two amidst the paddy fields, under the stars, with the soft glow of candle light and traditional music in the background. 
  • Spa Alila offers unique outdoor treatments in inspiring settings like the sculpture garden and on the riverbank. There’s also Moonlight Remedies which are only offered under a full moon.
