Full accommodation information

Shinde Camp is built on a private concession on an island within the Okavango Delta. The camp’s prime location affords guests plenty of options for ways to explore the local area, including 4x4 game drives, motor-boat trips and mokoro (dugout canoe) excursions.
Exploring the area around the camp makes for unforgettable experiences; meander along the waterways watching for smaller creatures like frogs, birds and reptiles, or take a walk through the bush with an experienced guide teaching you about nature from the small insects and plants right up to the magnificent elephant. Shinde also offers fishing and night drives with the option of relaxing at the swimming pool.

After a refurbishment in 2015, the lodge’s eight classic safari tents are now even more luxurious, with spacious beds, well-appointed bathrooms and extended private decks for game viewing and relaxing.
