Set over 840 acres, the grounds that surround the manor house are a destination in themselves. The geometric box patterned Formal Gardens that have been maintained since the 1850s are the perfect place for a leisurely meander in the fresh Irish sun and to get a glimpse of the hard work and dedication that has gone towards maintaining this property for centuries. Each of the 104 guest rooms and suites have been individually designed with 19^th century inspired art, mahogany furnishings and full marble en suites to reflect the history of Adare Manor. One Bedroom Suite

Signature Suite

The most luxurious and spacious suite available, this 1076 sq ft suite offers the service of a Manor Butler for the duration of your stay. Every day in the Dunraven’s favourite family room, The Gallery, sample a jewel-box menu of sweet treats prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Xavier Torne. Surrounded by grand stained-glass windows and carved mahogany furnishings steep yourself in luxury and magnificence, as you are delighted by dainty sandwiches, miniature pastries, and scones with clotted cream washed down with speciality tea blends from around the world, including Adare Manor’s own signature tea blend, 1832.

The Oak Room Restaurant

Fine dining in a distinctive oak-panelled gothic-style hall that once served as the family dining room. Serving an innovative seasonal menu created by award-winning Head Chef Michael Tweedie, using ingredients sourced from local Irish artisan producers. The extensive wine list created by Resort Wine & Spirits Manager Jurica Gojevic provides the perfect accompaniment to each dish.

The Tack Room

Atmospheric cellar bar offering a sophisticated retreat for intimate dining at the end of the day. Serving premium craft beer and an extensive range of bespoke cocktails created using speciality liquors and infusions hand-crafted using ingredients from the Manor’s own gardens – the perfect accompaniment to light dishes such as artisan cheese and charcuterie boards. The Tack Room is particularly renowned for the whiskey collection which includes over 100 bottles of rare Irish, Scotch, Bourbon, Canadian and Japanese whiskeys.

Across the manor house and gardens there is a wide selection of indoor and outdoor activities perfect for every guest.

On the grounds, try your hand at falconry, archery and clay pigeon shooting or take some time for yourself on any of the walking or running trails around the manor. If you want to enjoy splendid views of the grounds from an altogether more luxurious vantage point, then horse & carriage rides around the resort are the best way to experience the enchanting 840 acre site.

Lauded as one of the best courses in the world, the masterfully executed Adare Manor 18-hole championship golf course is located right on the manor’s grounds and is designed to be a challenging and profoundly satisfying experience for golfers of every level. Celebrated golf architect Tom Fazio has taken this already award-winning course and transformed it into a golfing paradise so impressive that it is set to host the 2026 Ryder Cup.

Outside of the manor grounds, guests can enjoy the great Irish countryside through activities such as horseback riding, wild game shooting and traditional gun dog lessons.
